Conveter Crash when launched from Replay

I have a weekly schedule of about 12 downloads from the BBC of .RM files. These are all scheduled to convert to MP3. Recently the converter crashes before starting the conversion. Below is the Windows log from the crash. Typically if i then do a manual conversion of the RM file the conversion completes properly. This had been working for about a year. The only thing in the system I can think of that changed around the time this started is that I switched from a PCI sound card to a USB sound interface. This crash happened under replay 8.50 and after I upgraded to 8.61. It also happened under Vista and after i upgraded to Windows 7.

Please make sure you are using the correct URL for BBC-they have recently changed a lot of them. Make sure your file is a good file prior to converting. Then if you still have an issue let us know. Also, let us know what version of the converter you are using.

1. I'm downloading the files, so by definition the URL is good.
2. Since Converter converts the file fine when I run it manually, the files are good, right?
3. Whichever version of Converter comes with Replay AV 8.61.

As I said: this only happens when Converter is launched by Replay at the end of the download.

So, I still have an issue. What should I do?
