Default Rcvg 'invalid arguement' error code

I'm trying to view and copy a portion of our local county board meeting. It's playing on real player. When I try to record, an error code comes up saying 'invalid arguement' and then replay video capture shuts down. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you

Make sure you are using the latest version of the program and that it is allowed in your firewall. If necessary do a reinstall of the program as that often corrects issues.
