Download Videos Even Faster

1. Go to a web page and play a video.
2. Once the video starts playing, you can download the video in one of three ways:
   
   
   • Click the FVD icon at the top right of the screen.
     
     
     
   
   
   • Or click the FVD icon at the bottom right of the screen.
     
     
   
   
   • Or select Tools, Fast Video Download from the menu.
   
   

Hint: You can also change where the icons appear using the Settings selection by clicking any of the above options.

Find Videos Faster with SearchMenu

Fast Video Download now allows you to find videos quickly just by selecting text. Simply select some text on any web page, and click the pop-out box to instantly find videos at YouTube, Google Video, Vimeo and more.

Note: If you would like to disable SearchMenu, open the FVD menu and choose "Disable SearchMenu"

Advanced Settings

You can now take complete control of your video download experience. Go into the settings page to quickly change the default icon locations, toggle SearchMenu or add new search providers.

Accessing the settings panel is easy. Click one of the FVD icons in the browser and choose "Settings..." from the fly-out menu.

Downloaded video files are in FLV format, which may require some other free tools to play back properly:
