Install/Uninstall Questions

• I get an error message when I try to uninstall Replay Radio or Replay A/V
• Should I install BOTH Replay Radio AND Replay AV? The installer gives me the option to install both programs.
• I've just upgraded to Replay Radio 7 or Replay AV, should I uninstall previous versions of Replay Radio?
• I've lost my activation code. How can I find it?

Recording Problems

• I can't record anything IN VERSION 5. I just get silence when I listen to my recordings.
